Overview
In order to continue business and support local businesses aiming for further development even while the impact of the new coronavirus infection is prolonged, the city We will subsidize the expenses required for infection prevention measures taken by business operators and business development in response to the new coronavirus infection.

Application period
From Monday, October 25, 2021 to Monday, February 28, 2022 (postmark valid on the day)
*Reception is on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will be closed as soon as the budget limit is reached.

Subsidized Eligible Persons
A business that meets all of the following requirements 1 to 5
1 Small and medium-sized enterprises, etc. who have offices in the city (mainly Article 2, Paragraph 2 of
SMEs, etc. specified in).
2 Willingness to continue business in the future.
3 There is no delinquency in city tax.
4 Must be registered as a "Hikari City New Corona Countermeasures Promotion Office".
→Registration applications are usually accepted at the Hikari Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
If you apply for registration at the same time, you can also apply at the City Commerce and Tourism Division window.
5 Regarding subsidized expenses, the country, prefecture (including restart subsidies for hard-working businesses), municipalities
Do not receive subsidies from other systems implemented by etc.
*Those who have received the prefecture's "SME Business Continuation Support Fund" or the city's "Small and Medium Enterprise Business Continuation Support Fund" (currently accepting applications) can also apply.

Consumables or equipment necessary for business development in response to infection prevention measures and new coronavirus infections
Purchase of equipment (see below) that will be used or installed at business establishments in the city

From April 1, 2021 (Thursday) to February 28, 2022 ( by Monday)
Applies to items that have been paid and installed at offices, etc.
Amount of subsidy
1 Expenses for purchasing consumables: Up to 30,000 yen (Up to 50,000 yen if all purchased at business establishments in the city)
2 Purchase of equipment, etc.: Up to 200,000 yen (up to 300,000 yen if all purchases are made at a business office in the city)
Both 1 and 2 subsidy rate 3/4 (rounded down to less than 1,000 yen)
How to apply
Please submit the following documents to the City Commerce, Industry and Tourism Division in person or by mail.
*Please note that in the case of mailing, the order of receipt will be the last order on the arrival date.
For 1 to 3, please refer to the entry example in the application guidelines.
*If you have already applied for consumables purchase expenses or equipment purchase expenses, you do not need to submit 5, 6 (if the transfer destination does not change), and 7.
