Sato gathered near Meguro.We set up luggage on two e-bikes and aim for the Jonanjima Seaside Park where you can enjoy day camps in Tokyo.Avoid the main road, head along the Meguro River, and enter the old Tokaido from the middle has a feeling of back road, and the car is not running much, so it is quite comfortable.There was a landscape where you could feel the history everywhere, making it perfect for running leisurely.Go to the destination while procuring ingredients at the supermarket on the way.

As we arrived at the destination, open our luggage immediately.The Jonanjima Kaihin Park used this time has benches and tables, so we did not bring chairs.For this reason, most luggage, including ingredients, can be stored in two large saddle bags (about 14L of capacity).There is no problem if it is about this distance, but it is a point to enjoy loading on a bicycle without carrying your luggage as much as possible.The contents of the bag are introduced below in the picture.

こちらが持参した食材。すべて途中のスーパーとコンビニで調達しました今回のメインディッシュ(?)になる和牛。プラスチックのトレーはかさばるので、買ってすぐビニール袋に収納したため見た目は変ですが……調理などに使用するバーナーなどの機材はこちら。すべて佐藤さんに用意してもらいましたコンパクトなバッグの中にこれだけの物が収納されています。バーナーはガスと固形燃料、アルコールの3種類。メスティン(アルミ製の飯ごう)も2つ入っています

まず少量パックになったお米をメスティンへ。今回の場所は近くに水場もあって便利でした。続いてその中に甘栗を投入。軽く醤油を足して炊くと、秋らしい栗ご飯になるのだとか。お米を炊くのには固形燃料のストーブを使用。固形燃料2つでちょうどいい感じに炊きあがるそう。お米を炊いている間に、ガスのバーナーにはオイルサーディンの缶を直接乗せて加熱します醤油をちょっと垂らすだけで美味しくなります。そのまま調理できるので、ランチパッキングでは定番のメニューだとか続いてはアヒージョ。スーパーで買ったパックをオリーブオイルで加熱するだけですが、これもかなり美味しい!!超お手軽アヒージョ作り

続いてベーコンをカット。シンプルに焼くだけですが、これも美味い!!厚切りベーコンを焼くそうこうしている間にご飯が炊けたので、保温バッグに入れて引っくり返して蒸らします。この蒸らしがポイントなのだとか蒸らし終わると、本当に秋の味覚の栗ご飯が完成!! 味のほうも栗がホクホクしていて本物の栗ご飯でしたいよいよメインディッシュの和牛をカットコンパクトな鉄板で焼くだけですが、明らかに美味しそう!!焼けたそばからいただいていくスタイル。塩コショウだけでもいけるし、醤油もよく合います和牛を焼く最後はおでん。スーパーで買ったパックを温めただけですが、ちょっと冷たくなってきた風の中で食べると最高です
