Iris Ohyama will release the "Slim Low Temperature Cooker LTC-02" on October 12th. The expected store price is 18,280 yen.

A low-temperature cooker that can be set in a pot on hand for “leaving cooking”. The main body size is 50 x 100 x 334 mm (width x depth x height) and weighs about 0.9 kg, which is more compact than the conventional model "LTC-01" 90 x 130 x 400 mm (same) and about 1.4 kg. It is easy to use with a small pot, and it is easy to handle even for those who use a low temperature cooker for the first time.

With the jagged clip on the main body, it can be fixed to the edge of the pot. It can be used in a pot or container with a depth of 10 cm or more, an inner diameter of 20 cm or more, and a water volume of 12 L or less.

When set in the pot and set the temperature and time, the water in the pot is heated / kept warm at a certain temperature. Meat and fish can be finished softly by heating slowly and carefully. After setting, the cooking is completed just by waiting. The temperature can be set from 25°C to 95°C in 0.5°C increments, and the cooking time can be set in 1 minute increments from 1 minute to 99 hours and 59 minutes.

The main unit is IPX7 waterproof. The stainless steel cover at the bottom can be attached and detached with a lock, and since it does not use screws, it is easy to clean. Rated power consumption is 800W. The power cord length is about 1.5m.

There are three colors, cacao brown, cassis red, and white, with a matte finish.
