Barista devised recipe. How to make a smooth "coffee raw chocolate" that melts in your mouth | NEXTWEEKEND
Hello.
This is Asami Ino, a barista and coffee life planner at GARTEN COFFEE.
In the column "#Coffee and Small Ambitions", we propose ways to enjoy coffee at home that will make your time much more delicious by adding ideas and a little extra effort.
This is my second Valentine's Day recipe for coffee lovers.
▼Click here for how to make the “Coffee Chocolate Cake” that was published last time.
Today, I will introduce how to make "Coffee Gama Chocolate".
This was a trial and error...!
My recipe is based on “sweets and drinks made with coffee”.
Instant coffee is convenient and easy to use when adding coffee to sweets.
But Valentine's Day is just around the corner.
Start by searching for "what should I make?"
I think the sweets will be much tastier if you have fun making them.
Therefore, I came up with a method of boiling coffee grounds in a dashi pack with fresh cream to make it more delicious without using instant coffee.
Watching the pure white whipped cream turn into a slightly café latte color is soothing.
The ground coffee beans, which are topped before the raw chocolate hardens, have a crunchy texture and a faint aroma of coffee.
It would be nice to have a lively conversation while eating.
I made it with that in mind.
Melt-in-your-mouth smooth ``Coffee Gama Chocolate''
Ingredients
Preparation
Fill 10g of ground coffee beans (medium ground) in a soup pack.
How to make
1. Put the fresh cream and the coffee pack in the dashi pack into a pot and heat over low heat.
2.When it starts to boil, turn off the heat. Let it steam for 1 minute and squeeze out the coffee bag.
3. Add the chopped chocolate to the pot of [2] and put it on low heat.
4. When the chocolate melts, add butter and melt it well and turn off the heat.
5. Spread a cooking sheet on a bat or Tupperware and pour [4] into it.
6. Top with ground coffee beans (medium ground) and chill in the refrigerator to harden.
7. Once it has cooled and hardened, take it out of the refrigerator and cut it into squares with a kitchen knife.
8. Sprinkle plenty of cocoa powder and you're done.
It may take 4-5 hours to cool and harden.
I think you can prepare the day before and finish it in the morning.
Chocolate is delicious.
For reference, I used "Seijo Ishii French Couverture Cacao 35%".
Gama chocolate is delicious with its smooth texture.
It melts in your mouth and makes you want to eat it on a cold day.
Once you've made your own sweets, take some time to wrap them.
Prepare time will be even more fun with the printables available at the NEXTWEEKEND STORE!
We recommend the "Gift Wrapping Set for your loved ones."
Download here.
I plan to give it to my family, but I think I'll try wrapping it instead of leaving it on the plate!
Have fun, Happy Valentine's Day!
Enjoy your coffee life!
