生鮭 | 2切れ |

ベーコン | 2枚 |
長ねぎ | 1本 |
じゃがいも(中) | 1個 |
にんじん | 1/4本 |
きゃべつ | 3枚 |
酒 | 大さじ1 |
薄力粉 | 大さじ5 |
塩・コショウ | 少々 |
バター | 20g |
コンソメ | 2カップ |
牛乳 | 1/2カップ |
生クリーム | 1/4カップ |
Way of making
- 生鮭は皮を取り、食べやすい大きさに切って、酒をふりかけ、しばらくしたらキッチンペーパーなどで汁気をふき取り、塩・コショウをして、薄力粉の半分をまぶしておく。
- ベーコンは1.5cm幅、長ねぎは斜め薄切り、じゃがいもは皮をむいて5mm幅くらいに切る。にんじんは半月切り、きゃべつはざく切りにしておく。
- 鍋にバターの半量を熱し、2.のベーコン、じゃがいも、にんじんを炒め、残りの薄力粉を加えて炒め合わせ、粉っぽさがなくなったらコンソメを入れて具がやわらかくなるまで煮る。
- フライパンに残りのバターを熱し、1.と2.のきゃべつをさっと炒めたら3.に加え、牛乳を入れて塩・コショウで味を調え、仕上げに生クリームを加える。
