It's an instant pot that has been very popular since its release because you can make delicious food just by pressing a button and leaving it alone, but I've always wanted it, but the other day, a friend gave me a celebration of moving. I started my long-cherished instant pot life!
Immediately, I made various recipes such as Iranian food, stew, soup, etc. which my husband likes, but it is very useful because I can make it with this one.
This time, I will introduce a recipe for rib meat that I have already made three times because it is too delicious to be taught by a friend.
I was impressed by the meat that was so tender that I could chew even the bones.
Note) Seasoning is a measure
[Recipe ⠀] Pork back rib 1kg Vegetables you want to put on the side Potatoes, carrots, onions, etc.
[Seasoning ⠀] paprika powder 4 tablespoons onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons
[Honey garlic sauce] Honey ½ cup ketchup ¾ cup soy sauce ¼ cup garlic 4,5
① Peel off the membrane behind the pork ribs (so that it will crumble from the bones when it gets stuck) and cut it into a size that fits in the instant pot (OK if you put it in as it is)

③ Mix all seasonings and sprinkle on the ribs.
④ Open a can of cola in an instant pot
⑤ Place the attached net on the bottom of the instant pot, and put pork ribs, vegetables, and garlic to be used later when making sauce.
⑤ Point the steam release valve toward Sealing and set High Pressure for 25 minutes.
⑥ While waiting, mix the seasoning of honey garlic sauce.
⑦ When the signal for the end of the instant pot is given, depressurize (be careful as hot steam comes out vigorously!)
⑧ When the pressure release is completely finished and the button goes down, remove the lid, take out the meat, and put it in the oven container.

⑩ Vegetables can be left as they are or baked in the oven with ribs.
