「手羽先」は「風来坊」「世界の山ちゃん」の2大チェーンが名古屋以外にも数多く出店しているので他地域から票を集めそう・・・と考えるのは早計。全国でウケる味のため逆にご当地限定のイメージは先の3品ほど強烈ではなく、一方で地元では居酒屋の肴としても家庭での惣菜としても親しまれているので、地元票の割合が増えるほどトップ3に食い込むチャンスも出てくるはずです。

この「名古屋めし四天王」に続くのは「きしめん」。伝統ある名古屋の郷土食で、全国的な知名度は名古屋めしの中でも随一。新幹線ホームの立ち食いの人気もあって、最も食べられている名古屋めしといって間違いないでしょう。一方で地元では長らくきしめん離れが進んでいたのですが、ここ数年じわじわ人気を盛り返し、昨年は話題の新店のブレイクもあって再評価の気運が本格化しています。ただし対象の28品目の中に「ころ（きしめん・うどん）」があり、票が割れそうなのが不安材料です。

「あんかけスパゲッティ」「台湾ラーメン」は熱烈なファンが多く、手土産にうってつけの「天むす」もコツコツ票を伸ばしそう。喫茶店の「モーニング」も他府県の人の期待が大きくあなどれない存在です。

ダークホースは「小倉トースト」。近年、おみやげスナックシーンで手羽先テイストに続くほど小倉トースト風お菓子が増えていて、さらに昨年は地元パンメーカーが共同でレシピ開発するなど俄然存在感が高まっています。パンメーカー各社のSNS発信も精力的で、関係者とファンによる組織票を集められる可能性もあり。1人何度でも投票できるというルールは小倉トーストの順位を大きく押し上げるかもしれません。
