　In the "1st rice recipe contest" Grand Prix in Alpha Electronics (Tenmi Village, Fukushima Prefecture), Yuki Ota of Sendai City have shined.The company announced the award recipe on the 31st.

　Ota's exhibition is a recipe of ingredients that have been conscious of health from Japan for a long time, such as beans, sesame, wakame, vegetables, fish, shiitake mushrooms, and potatoes.He used rice noodles, raw koji, natto, carrot, salted kelp, am shrimp, and sesame sesame.Ota's recipes will be offered at the Ermar Plus in Koriyama City (10th floor of the Usui Department Store) this spring.

　Umen noodles are rice flour noodles developed and commercialized by the company.In the contest, about 80 recipes of various genres using rice bam were sent from inside and outside the prefecture.In the second screening held at the Sukagawa Citizens' Exchange Center TETTE on the 11th, the Grand Prix and 7 judge awards were selected.
