The location of the store is the site of the cafe "COFFEEHOUSE NISHIYA" that was open from 2013 to December last year. When the store decided to move, the owner barista Kyohei Nishitani was consulted by the building owner, who said, "I want to cherish the existence of the cafe." It is said that he approached Mr. Iwase and Mr. Kitazoe, who were acquainted with each other. "Coffee House Nishiya" is said to be a place where not only Mr. Iwase and Mr. Kitazoe, but also the staff of Rec Coffee visited as customers. The sign at the entrance will be changed, but the design and interior of the white tile and navy façade, and the "Coffee House Nishiya" sign with the Yuri logo on the mirror surface will remain unchanged. The menu includes espresso drinks that are "minor changes" to those offered at the existing store, as well as the store's exclusive Lily Blend. “Café Americano”, which is made by mixing cocoa powder and espresso with hot water, is served with “Bicerin Nishiya”, which is served with whipped cream, pudding, and croque monsieur.　Business hours during the pre-opening period are from 12:00 to 18:00. Closed on Mondays. The grand opening is scheduled for March 1st.
