With the opening of the Shinjuku Alta store, which is easy to stack, a square tableware called the "Kakomi" series has appeared! A square plate made with a unique modular design that fits perfectly in layers of large, medium and small sizes. Available in white and blue, the price ranges from 110 yen to 770 yen depending on the size. I chose 3 products that seemed to be easy to use at home and thought about how to serve them.

(3) Place the sashimi, soy sauce, and main side dish on the plate L, and use the S size as an accessory or condiment plate such as lemon or yuzu. I used a square plate instead of a small bowl ((1)). Depending on the amount of side dishes, the side dish can be taken out, and it is attractive that it can be freely combined. Next, use 2 sizes to add olive oil to the bread ((2)). I like the fact that the square plate with a rising edge is just right for olive oil and it is easy to put bread on it, and by stacking it on the plate L, you don't feel lonely with just the bread. At the end, I simply served sashimi and soy sauce ((3)). The color matches Japanese food, and it was the right size for serving one person. It's thin and easy to stack, so you can buy some and use them for your family or as a plate.

The color variations are beige, warm gray, red, and brown. This is a series of tableware made of bamboo material that was just released in November last year. It's light and durable, but it's not as cheap as plastic tableware, so it's also recommended for children and outdoors. It's colorful and cute and you'll want to have different colors. I was worried about the color and size, so I chose a beige deep plate that could serve pasta and curry, and a cute red bowl with a dull color.
